I am doing little happy dances all over the place. I've had some unexpected real estate opportunities. I should keep it at that. But it should be the best year I've ever had. And I am falling on my knees grateful. When you've lived in a drought and nearly died of thirst, a few drops of water are heaven sent. But when Someone turns on a hose, lets you drink until you're full and then you lie in a pool of water soaking......that's a good recovery. :-)
