It has been 14 months since I had my last real estate paycheck. Don't get me wrong, I've worked. I just haven't been paid. That's part of the reason why after August, I'll no longer be in real estate. The rewards don't fit the level of enjoyment. But today, I had a precious closing and I am ever so grateful for that. Turns out, I had two. One was a referral. So, I get a little part of that one too.
I can't tell you how thankful I am for a paycheck. Money is good. :-)
